About World Liberty Financial (WLFI)
Crypto token
World Liberty Financial (WLFI) is a crypto token on the ERC20 network. It powers its project's ecosystem — used for things like access, governance, fees, or rewards — and trades freely against other digital assets.
How does WLFI work?
World Liberty Financial runs as a token on the ERC20 network, which means it benefits from that chain's security and tooling while serving the specific role its project defines — for example governance votes, platform fees, staking, or in-app utility.
What is WLFI used for?
Holders use WLFI to participate in the World Liberty Financial ecosystem and to gain exposure to the project's growth. As with any token, its value is tied to real usage and demand for what the project offers.

How a WLFI swap works
Enter the amount you want to exchange, pick the asset on the other side, and SwapRocket queries every connected exchange partner at once. You choose an offer, paste the wallet address that should receive the funds, and send WLFI to the deposit address shown. The partner executes the trade and pays out to your address — SwapRocket never holds your coins, and there is no account to create before you start.
Choosing a rate for WLFI
Three offers are presented for every WLFI exchange. The best rate returns the largest amount for the size you entered. The fastest route favours the partner with the shortest expected settlement time, which matters when the market is moving. The fixed rate locks the quoted amount for the duration of the order, so what you are shown is what arrives, at the cost of a slightly smaller payout. Floating offers can move with the market between deposit and settlement.
Networks and addresses for WLFI
World Liberty Financial settles on ERC20. Always send from and to an address on that network: a deposit sent over a different chain cannot be recovered by the exchange partner. When an asset exists on several chains, pick the matching network in the widget before copying the deposit address, and send a small test amount first if you are unsure.

WLFI is the governance token of World Liberty Financial's protocol. What exactly can holders vote on, how was the token made tradable through a community vote, and how does it move across the three networks it lives on?
Many crypto tokens mix several roles at once: a voting right, a claim on fees, a means of payment. World Liberty Financial takes a narrower approach with WLFI. Its official documents describe governance as the token's sole function, with holders voting on certain matters of the WLF Protocol through a dedicated governance platform. The token also has an unusual history. It began as non-transferable and became tradable only after a community proposal and vote. This profile explains that design using World Liberty Financial's own documentation, disclosures and governance forum.
A token designed for governance
World Liberty Financial's risk disclosures state that the sole functionality of WLFI is governance of the WLF Protocol, subject to the restrictions they describe. The disclosures also make clear that WLFI does not give holders economic rights or rights in the governance of the company itself.
The project's offering document describes how the community of WLFI holders votes on certain matters related to the protocol through the WLF Governance Platform. Setting out these limits in writing gives holders a precise picture of what the token does and does not do.[1], [2]
Made tradable by community vote
WLFI was initially non-transferable. In July 2025 a proposal to make the token tradable was posted on the official governance forum, presented to gather community input and formally start the process.
The World Liberty Financial homepage now states that, following the community's governance vote, WLFI is tradable. This is a concrete example of the governance process deciding a basic property of the token itself.[3], [4]
A published unlock schedule
Tokens bought in the early sale rounds were released in stages. The unlock documentation states that around September 1, 2025, twenty percent of tokens purchased in those rounds became available to unlock.
The same page explains how the remaining allocation is scheduled, so early holders can see when their tokens become transferable rather than relying on announcements.[5]
Three networks, one supply
The official contract-address page lists WLFI on Ethereum as an ERC-20 token, on BNB Smart Chain as a BEP-20 token, and on Solana as an SPL token, and gives each network's address. The Ethereum address is 0xdA5e1988097297dCdc1F90D4dFE7909e847CBeF6.
Moving WLFI between these networks uses Chainlink's Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol, according to the same page. Publishing every address in one official place helps holders avoid imitation tokens.[6]
Built into the wider WLF ecosystem
WLFI sits alongside USD1, World Liberty Financial's dollar stablecoin, which the project's FAQ describes as redeemable one for one for US dollars. SwapRocket covers USD1 in its own profile.
The project's Trade feature lets holders swap WLFI with USD1, USDC and USDT on Ethereum, and the documentation explains that it runs on Uniswap V3, an open decentralized exchange protocol.[7], [8]
How votes turn into protocol changes
The disclosures describe governance as subject to restrictions, including the operator's ability to decline proposals it considers legally problematic. How often that discretion will shape outcomes, compared with the forum and voting process, is not something the public documents can settle in advance.
The practical balance between holder votes and final implementation is therefore UNKNOWN and is not predicted here.[1]
What this means when you hold or move WLFI
SwapRocket lists WLFI on Ethereum (ERC-20). Send it only to an Ethereum address from a wallet or service that supports ERC-20 tokens, keep a little ETH for network fees, and confirm the contract address on World Liberty Financial's official documentation.
WLFI on BNB Smart Chain and Solana uses different contracts and address formats, so match the network in your quote to what the receiving side supports. A swap provider sets its own confirmation policy before releasing the destination coin. Keep the transaction ID until the order completes.
