About JUST (JST)
Crypto token
JUST (JST) is a crypto token on the TRC20 network. It powers its project's ecosystem — used for things like access, governance, fees, or rewards — and trades freely against other digital assets.
How does JST work?
JUST runs as a token on the TRC20 network, which means it benefits from that chain's security and tooling while serving the specific role its project defines — for example governance votes, platform fees, staking, or in-app utility.
What is JST used for?
Holders use JST to participate in the JUST ecosystem and to gain exposure to the project's growth. As with any token, its value is tied to real usage and demand for what the project offers.

How a JST swap works
Enter the amount you want to exchange, pick the asset on the other side, and SwapRocket queries every connected exchange partner at once. You choose an offer, paste the wallet address that should receive the funds, and send JST to the deposit address shown. The partner executes the trade and pays out to your address — SwapRocket never holds your coins, and there is no account to create before you start.
Choosing a rate for JST
Three offers are presented for every JST exchange. The best rate returns the largest amount for the size you entered. The fastest route favours the partner with the shortest expected settlement time, which matters when the market is moving. The fixed rate locks the quoted amount for the duration of the order, so what you are shown is what arrives, at the cost of a slightly smaller payout. Floating offers can move with the market between deposit and settlement.
Networks and addresses for JST
JUST settles on TRC20. Always send from and to an address on that network: a deposit sent over a different chain cannot be recovered by the exchange partner. When an asset exists on several chains, pick the matching network in the widget before copying the deposit address, and send a small test amount first if you are unsure.

TRON carries a large share of everyday stablecoin transfers, but lending, staking and fee tools on that network need someone to set their rules. How does JST give its holders a say over the JUST ecosystem, and what do they actually vote on?
JUST describes itself as a builder of DeFi protocols on TRON, aiming to offer all-in-one financial services to its users. Its best-known product is JustLend DAO, a lending market where users supply and borrow TRON assets. JST is the governance token behind JUST and JustLend DAO: holders lock it to vote on proposals that change how these protocols run. This profile explains that role using JUST's official website and the JustLend DAO documentation.
A DeFi toolkit built around TRON
JUST presents a family of products rather than a single app. The JUST website lists JustLend DAO for lending and borrowing, USDD as a stablecoin, sTRX for staking TRX, Energy Rental for cutting transaction costs, and JustCrypto for bringing tokens from other chains onto TRON as TRC-20 assets.
What ties these together is TRON itself. Every product runs on the TRON network and works with TRON assets such as TRX and TRC-20 stablecoins, so a user who already holds funds on TRON can reach them without leaving that network.[1], [2], [3]
JustLend DAO: pooled lending with algorithmic rates
JustLend DAO is a money market protocol. Each market represents one TRON asset, and interest rates are set by an algorithm based on supply and demand in that market. Suppliers deposit assets and receive jTokens that track their share; they can redeem the underlying assets at any time. Borrowers post more collateral than they borrow and draw from the pool directly, with no need to negotiate with an individual lender.
The protocol has since added SBM V2, an isolated-collateral design. Depositors place a single asset, such as USDT or USDD, into a Vault, and the Vault spreads that liquidity across several Markets, each backed by one collateral type. The documentation explains that separating collateral in this way is intended to improve security, while the older SBM V1 keeps a cross-collateral model built for capital efficiency.[4], [5], [6], [7]
Staking and energy: lowering the cost of using TRON
Two JustLend DAO tools address the running costs of the TRON network. sTRX is a staking program built on TRON Stake 2.0: users lock TRX and receive sTRX, which collects rewards from voting and Energy rental without the holder running any node themselves.
Energy Rental lets users rent the Energy that TRON transactions consume instead of burning TRX to pay for it. Users choose the duration and amount, and can rent Energy for another address. For anyone who moves stablecoins on TRON regularly, this is a practical way to manage fees.[8], [9]
What JST holders govern
The documentation names JST as the core governance token of JUST and JustLend DAO. It is a TRC-20 token issued on TRON with a fixed maximum supply of 9.9 billion JST. Holders lock JST to obtain voting rights and take part in submitting, discussing and voting on JustLend Improvement Proposals, known as JIPs.
Those proposals cover the settings that matter most in a lending protocol: which assets are listed, collateral factors, reserve factors and interest rate models, oracle configuration and risk parameters, the use of protocol reserves, incentives, and the rules of the buyback and burn program.[10], [11], [12], [13]
How a proposal becomes a change
Voting runs on-chain through a GovernorBravo contract. Holders wrap JST into WJST one to one to vote, and one JST equals one vote. A proposal needs at least 200 million JST behind it to be submitted. To pass, votes in favour must outnumber votes against and exceed 600 million.
Voting lasts about three days. A successful proposal then waits in a Timelock for 48 hours before it can be executed, which gives users time to see an approved change before it takes effect. The documentation also points to an off-chain forum where proposals are usually discussed for around two days first, and notes that this review step is a community norm rather than something the contracts enforce.[14], [15], [16], [17]
Buyback and burn instead of direct payouts
Rather than paying protocol revenue straight to JST holders, JustLend DAO uses a buyback and burn program. Eligible revenue from the protocol and the wider JUST ecosystem is used to buy JST on the open market and send it to a burn address, removing it from circulation for good. The documentation states that the actual circulating supply shrinks as cumulative burns grow.
The program is run by the JustLend Grants DAO. The documentation says the remaining allocation is being executed quarterly through 2026, that surplus USDD ecosystem revenue can also feed it, and that buyback and burn records are published through official channels, on-chain logs and a transparency dashboard.[18], [19], [20]
What remains open
Future governance outcomes are not knowable in advance: which assets get listed, how risk parameters change and how the buyback schedule develops all depend on proposals that holders have not yet voted on. The JustLend DAO documentation also has a dedicated risks page, covering smart contract, liquidation and market risks, which borrowers and suppliers should read before using the protocol.
This profile does not forecast the price of JST or the effect of burns on it.[21], [12]
What this means when you hold or move JST
SwapRocket lists JST as a tradable asset. JST is a TRC-20 token on TRON; the contract address published in the official documentation is TCFLL5dx5ZJdKnWuesXxi1VPwjLVmWZZy9. Before you swap, make sure your receiving wallet supports TRON and that the network shown in your quote matches it. A TRON address that holds no TRX may also need Energy or TRX to move tokens later.
Voting, staking and lending happen inside JustLend DAO's own app, not through a swap. Keep your transaction ID until the swap completes so you can look it up on a TRON block explorer if needed.

JST swap FAQ
How do I swap JUST (JST) instantly on SwapRocket?
Pick JST as the asset you want to receive, choose what you're paying with, paste your wallet address, and confirm. SwapRocket hands your order to the provider whose quote pays out the most at that moment, and most swaps complete in under 10 minutes — no SwapRocket account needed.
Can I swap JST with no KYC?
No SwapRocket account or identity documents are needed to start a crypto-to-crypto swap of JST. The provider that executes the swap may still request identity verification or hold a swap for review under its own AML and sanctions policy, regardless of amount. Selling to a bank account goes through a regulated payment partner that verifies the payer; card purchases on SwapRocket are coming soon.
Is swapping JUST on SwapRocket non-custodial?
Yes. SwapRocket never holds your funds. The provider that executes the swap receives your deposit, holds it only for the duration of the swap, and sends JST to the wallet address you provide.
Which network does JST use here?
SwapRocket supports JUST on the TRC20 network. Always double-check that your receiving wallet supports this network before confirming.
What fees apply when I swap JST?
SwapRocket adds no fee or markup to the provider's quote and may earn a commission from the provider on a completed swap. The provider's spread and any network cost it deducts on delivery are already reflected in the JST amount shown; the network fee your own wallet charges to send the deposit is separate. Spreads vary by provider, pair and size, so compare the quoted receive amount.
